The former World No 1, who took Olympic Silver in Beijing, Gold in the 2006 Commonwealth Games and represented her country at badminton for more than 10 years, is now a TV sports commentator and helping coach 2012 Olympic hopefuls. But the focus of her attention for the moment is first baby Harry, born on March 9th.

I have been playing Badminton since the age of four, and healthy eating has always been a big part of my life. Like most sportspeople interested in a healthy lifestyle, I am a huge fan of turkey. It is so delicious and versatile - you can use it in all your favourite dishes."
