Spiced Tamarind BBQ Turkey Skewers

Delicious tamarind skewers from our friends at Chan Cham, these skewers are great for entertaining a crowd.

Chop the turkey breasts into 3 cm chunks and cut peppers and onions

Place chopped meat and vegetables in a bowl or large plastic bag and mix in the marinade – leave for at least two hours. Overnight is best.

Skewer marinated meat and veg.

Place on hot bbq once flames have died.


  • 600g turkey breast
  • ½ bottle chancham spiced tamarind marinade
  • 3 mixed peppers
  • 2 medium red onion
  • Skewers (remember to soak if using wood)
